The winery is named after one of the brothers, Dr. Mony Artool.<\/p>\n<p>Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery.<\/p>\n<p>The Colombard wine was harvested at a late night hour. It is fermented in stainless steel barrels at 12&#8243; Celsius. A dry white whine, color of wheat, light, fresh fruit. aromatic, and unique. Blessed with aromas of lemon and guava.
