Quintessence Reserve

Quintessence Reserve is an original sweet
wine made from ice. A selection of semillon,
Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling, was frozen by a
unique techniques, specially developed by our
winemaker. Once the grape frozen they were
pressed. The water – actually bits of ice – is
what’s extracted. The immense flavor comes
from the highly sweet concentrated must, rich
with acid, Which didn’t freeze. The juice was
fermented in tanks for five months and then aged
in French oak barrels for 48 months. To reach the
complexity expected, the wine was aged for five
years in bottles in order to render an amazing
pallet of aromas of dry fruits. Enjoy with foie gras,
