The Mony Vineyards estate is a boutique family owned and operated winery, located in the birthplace of the Samson, on the hills overlooking Sorek Valley near Bet Shemesh. The superior quality of the Sorek Valley yields fine wine grapes perfected by Mony Wineries.

The wine is made from 100% CARBERNET SAUVIGNON. After the nocturnal harvest, the grapes were gently squeezed for alight and delicate extraction of color. The must has undergone a very long fermentation at a low temperature. The result, a wine with a bright and impressive hue of salmon, aromas of strawberry, lime and red grapefruit. The wine is with flavors of tropical fruit, peach, and pleasant tartness that create a crisp freshness.
