This Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78°. Then aged in French oak for three months. Mid red in color with aromas of raspberries and cassis, this mid – bodied cabernet has a gentle tannins and a balanced acidity.
