Raizel-Shiraz

The grapes selected for this Shiraz were harvested in a meticulous and selective harvest from the “dolev” vineyard, in the Samarian hills area , at a height of 700 meters above sea level . The wine is full boded ,rich in color , a deep and intense red , with aromas of , raspberries, plums,and blueberries , combined with roasted oak and vanilla notes . The aging process of 20 months in French , and american oak barrels, added depth and complexity, with a smooth, lingering finish. it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 60-65 degrees.
