Riesling

Our Riesling matures gently in the warm days and cool nights of the Judean Mountains, close to maritim breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire flavor potential. The wine is elegant with floral aromas, fruit flavours of lime, lemons and tropical fruit.  It is best served with fish dishes, chicken tikka, and a perfect match with any Asian cuisine from sushi and spicy Thai to Chinese specialties. Enjoy also the Jerusalem Hills Collection with our Cabernet sauvigon, Merlot, Cabernet-Shiraz, Sauvigon blanc, Chardonnay, Gewuztraminer Shiraz Rose, and sweet Muscat. Serve chilled at 45 F.
