Special Reserve-Cabernet Sauvignon
Ben-Zimra’s Special Reserve contains grapes from choice clusters, hand-picked in early morning. The grape skins were soaked for an extended period in order to extract utmost color and flavor. The wine was aged for 22 months in French Oak Wood Barrels and for there more months after it was bottled. The wine is not filtered.
