Barrel Tasting

The barrel tasting is a super premium wine, handcrafted, using Select grapes from our
private vineyards, harvested at dawn. The wine has a beautiful bright, red burgundy,
color, with a rich, complex and unique aroma. A full flavored wine, harmonious, and
elegant, with a spicy and pleasant astringency, volcanic minerality and a long finish
that indicates quality aging. The wine will continue to mature in the bottle for at leas10 years. You can feel the special blessing of our Estate Vineyard located in Israel‘s
upper Gallilee, which was left completely fallow for the Shmita/sabbatical year.
